Orlando "Big O” Roberson is from East St. Louis, Illinois. Serving in combat in the United States Marine Corps, Big O was Amtracker 1833 during Operation Desert Shield-Desert Storm. Roberson has Combat Action Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal W3 stars and Kuwait Liberation Medal for VFW eligibility among others. Big O is a member of the National Montford Point Marine Association, American Legion, AMVETS, Disabled American Veterans and Joint Veterans Commission. Roberson attended Southern Illinois University, Montgomery College and University of Maryland Global Campus. His home post is John R.
