Bill Donnell appointed VFWRG State President 15 Jan 2025, Nov 2023 was District 5 & 14 Overseer for VFWRG, Jan 2018 became District 14 President. Bill served 4 yrs.in the U.S. Army as a 54E (NBC Recon). He served on the Korean DMZ which gave recognition and eligibility to join the VFW. In recognition of his service he received Army achievement  2 Oak Leaves, National Defense Medal, Korean Defense Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Ribbon, ImJin Scout Korean DMZ Certified, Korean ROK Ranger Certificate. Bill joined VFW Post #2678 in 2013 and transferred to Post #10146 Darlington, MD in 2023 where he is a Life Member. Bill has a Honorary Doctrine of Divinity. Bill and his wife Michelle reside in Sparrows Point, MD
